BMID Clinical Science Liaison, Infectious Disease (ID) serves as a clinical subject matter expert supporting the successful commercial deployment of Bruker's Sepsis solution. This role strengthens Bruker's clinical value proposition by engaging Antimicrobial Stewardship Committees  teams (ASC), educating Bruker Sales and Application reps and collaborating to developing BMID clinical impact and HEOR strategy.

This is a remote position and can be located any where within the continental U.S. near a major airport. 

Responsibilities

Support commercial deployment and build clinical value for Bruker's Sepsis solution

-Engage with target customers ASC and clinical pharmacy teams during sales process to demonstrate the clinical, operational and economic value of Bruker's Sepsis solutions.

-Organize local/regional ASC workshops to support value of Bruker's solutions

-Refocus Bruker's marketing materials to reflect the clinical impact of its solutions

-Promote Bruker's solutions clinical value during conferences and tradeshows

Education, Training and product development
- Educate Bruker's staff on antimicrobial stewardship.
- Provide updates on new antimicrobials, guidelines (IDSA CDC) and resistance trends.

-Co-develop clinically focused sales presentations and training modules

-Conduct literature reviews, competitive assessments and clinical landscape monitoring, maintain literature and competition reviews

-Collaborate with R&D and marketing unmet needs, workflow gaps and new products requirements

Co-Develop and implement BMID's evidence generation and clinical impact strategy

- Set up and follow up on relevant HEOR studies
- Define and Deploy Bruker's evidence generation strategy and its communication

Qualifications

Required:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Completion of PGY-1 residency or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of ID pharmacotherapy.

- Experience in antimicrobial stewardship programs.
- Board Certification (BCPS or BCIDP).

Key Competencies:
- Strong clinical decision-making and ID pharmacotherapy expertise.
- Ability to interpret microbiology results and integrate diagnostics into clinical pathways
- Excellent communication skills. and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

-Prior experience in an international diagnostic or Commercial company environment

At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $109,500.00 and $175,000.00 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits, including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
