We are seeking a Litigation Docketing Administrator to support our dynamic and high-performing Litigation team. As a Litigation Docketing Administrator, you will be at the heart of our litigation process, ensuring that our cases are meticulously tracked and deadlines are never missed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Federal and State Court Dockets: Keep a vigilant eye on court dockets, ensuring that every case is up-to-date and no critical deadlines are overlooked.
  • Research and Calculate Litigation Deadlines: Utilize your expertise to calculate rules-based deadlines across multiple jurisdictions and enter this crucial information into our firm's docketing system.
  • Respond to Calendar Inquiries: Provide clear and accurate responses to individual requests regarding specific calendar reports and deadline calculations.
  • Special Projects: Take on exciting special projects and duties as assigned, further honing your skills and expertise.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 5+ years of recent litigation experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have specialized in litigation docketing using a rules-based docketing software. Experience with Minnesota courts is a plus!
  • Expertise: You bring extensive knowledge in database management, data entry control, and reporting, particularly in the context of litigation.
  • Multijurisdictional Savvy: Recent experience supporting litigation in multiple states, including both Federal districts and State jurisdictions, is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Your superb attention to detail ensures that nothing slips through the cracks, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: You excel in both written and oral communication, able to convey complex information clearly to all levels of firm personnel.
  • Problem Solving: You are a natural problem-solver with sound judgment, capable of making decisions that keep the firm's litigation process running smoothly.
