Oversees, develops, and delivers scalable, technology-enabled training programs for First American employees to meet organizational and learner needs. Partners with business leaders to identify training needs, plans and manages training initiatives from concept through delivery, standardizes training solutions, and tracks, analyzes, and reports on training effectiveness using data and performance metrics. Conducts training using multiple delivery methods in individual and group settings, both virtually and in person. Leverages emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve training efficiency, consistency, and learner experience. Promotes efficiency, operational readiness, and competitive advantage by developing the skills of staff and end users and supporting enterprise initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements

What You'll Do

  • Partner with management to identify and develop training solutions to solve business issues
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts, architecture, product management and training staff to determine, develop and deliver the highest quality training
  • Participate in the development and evaluation of training metrics and measurement components
  • Use AI-enabled tools, as appropriate, to support training content development and efficiency
  • Manage assigned training tasks and deadlines while supporting multiple initiatives
  • Conducts and facilitates general and specific training programs virtually and in-person for organization employees
  • Create and maintain instructor/training materials including course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids
  • Keeps records, gathers and analyzes information from evaluations, measures results against business objectives, suggests improvements
  • Keep current with emerging training and learning best practices and methods
  • Travel up to 75% to remote locations to deliver training

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience supporting title and/or escrow processes, including use of FAST and Ignite.
  • A professional proactive approach to problem solving; reliability; and the ability to rapidly learn new technologies and processes

Pay Range: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
