This role is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with a diverse group of clients throughout Oregon. The organization uses various telehealth platforms that ensure you can effectively deliver care while managing your schedule. You will primarily communicate via video calls, phone calls, and secure messaging, making efficient use of modern technology to support your clients’ needs.

• Conduct thorough and insightful client assessments, establishing a comprehensive understanding of each individual's needs.
• Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions and techniques to help clients develop coping skills and strategies for managing their mental health.
• Document session notes and treatment plans meticulously within 24 hours of client interactions, ensuring all records are up-to-date and secure.
• Create and revise individualized treatment plans based on best practices and ongoing assessments of client progress.
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with colleagues to enhance treatment strategies and share insights that contribute to improved client outcomes.
• Maintain organized client records that comply with HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulations.

This role will focus exclusively on adults and couples seeking support for a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. The diversity of our client base allows you to apply various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and couple, creating a highly rewarding experience.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Independent licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is essential to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• You should be comfortable utilizing virtual therapy platforms and possess strong computer skills to facilitate effective sessions.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• Previous experience with telehealth services is strongly preferred, as understanding virtual dynamics is crucial for client engagement.
