• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy plans for clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care and progress tracking.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Actively engage in professional development opportunities to stay informed on the latest mental health research and best practices.

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical counseling, with a minimum of two years preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal, ethical standards, and best practices in behavioral health care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse.
• Experience using telehealth platforms for delivering services to clients effectively.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and community resources that support client recovery and wellness.

Our compensation structure is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, dependent on experience and qualifications, complemented by a sign-on bonus and performance bonuses. We recognize the importance of rewarding our counselors for their hard work and dedication.
