Job description

The Ford Agency is recruiting for an experienced legal Billing Coordinator to join a growing global law firm in DC. The Billing Coordinator will manage the client billing process including reporting. If you have at least 2 years of legal billing experience and are looking to work with a firm that provides a great work culture and collaborative process, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities Include:
  • Handle E-Billing process for various clients
  • Regularly connect with attorneys with updates and reporting requests
  • Assist with client requests and handle billing tracking
  • Investigate and resolve any billing issues
  • Maintain highest level of client service in all communications
Qualifications Include:
  • 2+ years of legal or professional services billing experience
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with Firm clients and employees
Compensation:
  • $61,000 - $81,000 annually

While this position has the option to be fully remote, candidates must be based in DC or Boston, MA area or have independent plans for relocation.
