• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans that facilitate positive outcomes.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to better understand clients’ mental health conditions and treatment needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, integrating methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring that all aspects of their mental health are addressed.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards, protecting client confidentiality and upholding the integrity of practice.
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities to stay informed on best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in mental health care.

Our LPC will primarily work with individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. The role focuses on providing immediate access to effective therapeutic services for those who may have faced barriers to traditional care, ensuring that therapeutic support is inclusive and accessible.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
• A solid grasp of legal regulations, ethical standards, and best practices in mental health.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other technology facilitating remote therapy services.

• Experience or specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment.
