Remote legal writing involves creating legal documents, such as briefs, contracts, memoranda, and articles, from a location outside of a traditional office setting—usually from home. Remote legal writers may work for law firms, legal service providers, or as freelancers. This role requires strong legal research and writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and communicate complex legal concepts clearly. It is ideal for professionals seeking flexibility and work-life balance while utilizing their legal expertise.

What are remote legal writing jobs?

Remote legal writing jobs involve drafting, interpreting, simplifying, or editing texts for lawyers. As a remote legal writer, you perform your duties from home or a remote office. You conduct research and gather the necessary information for each document that you write or edit. Your responsibilities include creating concise text for legal documents such as motions or briefs, case law summaries, or memorandums. Occasionally, a legal writer drafts contracts or ghost-writes content for attorneys to publish in legal journals. You can work on a freelance basis and provide services to different law firms, or you can work as a full-time remote employee for one business.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote legal writer, and why are they important?

To excel as a Remote Legal Writer, you need a solid understanding of legal principles, excellent research abilities, and strong writing skills, often supported by a law degree or paralegal certification. These qualifications ensure accuracy, clarity, and credibility in producing high-quality legal content for clients or firms.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals in remote legal writing positions?

Remote legal writers often encounter challenges such as managing time effectively across multiple assignments and maintaining clear communication with attorneys or clients who may be in different time zones. Additionally, adapting to various legal writing styles and formatting requirements can require continual learning and flexibility. Many remote legal writers also need to proactively seek feedback and clarification, as working remotely can limit opportunities for immediate guidance that are more readily available in traditional office settings. Despite these challenges, the role offers autonomy and the chance to work with diverse legal topics and teams.

Job description

Remote Sales Representative (100% Commission-Based / Uncapped Earnings)

Company: VisionEdge AI Media

Location: Remote (Must be U.S. Based)

Employment Type: Contract / Independent Contractor (100% Commission)

Target Market: Small to Medium Businesses (HVAC, Landscaping, Contractors, Lawyers, Doctors, Dentists, Moving Companies)

About VisionEdge AI Media

At VisionEdge AI Media, we deploy an "AI Army that never sleeps." We help local service businesses, medical practices, and agencies capture lost revenue by replacing missed calls and zero-follow-up issues with a 24/7 AI-powered sales system. From intelligent AI receptionists that handle inbound calls and book appointments to proactive AI outbound follow-up campaigns, we engineer complete business growth infrastructure.

As local businesses lose thousands every month to voicemail and poor follow-up, our solution provides an immediate ROI. We are expanding our remote sales team to help us scale and get these high-converting AI tools into the hands of business owners nationwide.

The Opportunity

We are looking for motivated, high-energy, and independent Remote Sales Representatives who want the freedom of running their own pipeline backed by a cutting-edge tech stack.

This is a 100% commission-based role featuring high ticket payouts and an uncapped commission structure. You will pitch directly to business owners (B2B) who are actively bleeding money from missed customer calls and lack of lead engagement. If you know how to build rapport, handle objections, and sell the future of automation, you can unlock a highly lucrative income stream.

Pay:

  • 100% commision based
  • Average first year sales reps can make $75,000 - $100,000+ with top performers exceeding $200,000+

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Pipeline: Source, pitch, and qualify prospective local service businesses and professionals (e.g., HVAC contractors, legal practices, dental offices, movers) that need automated call handling and customer acquisition systems.
  • Conduct AI Audits: Walk business owners through their current operations gaps (e.g., missed calls, lack of SMS/email nurture) and present the VisionEdge AI Growth System as the ultimate fix.
  • Demonstrate the Product: Present our AI Receptionist capabilities, natural human-like voice agents, and AI Lost Revenue Recovery systems to decision-makers.
  • Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from cold/warm outreach to contract signing.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain clean records in our CRM system and pass successfully closed clients smoothly to our internal onboarding and deployment teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven B2B Sales Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, digital marketing sales, SaaS, or high-ticket closing.
  • Self-Motivated & Driven: Since this is a 100% remote and 100% commission position, you must possess strong time-management skills and an intrinsic drive to succeed without being micromanaged.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable speaking about AI infrastructure, CRMs, automation tools, and explaining technical concepts in simple, benefit-driven business terms.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with business owners and overcome objections.
  • Reliable Setup: A quiet remote workspace, a high-speed internet connection, and a dependable computer with a high-quality headset.

Compensation & Perks

  • 100% Commission-Based Structure: Uncapped earning potential. The more you close, the more you earn.
  • Generous Commissions: Earn highly competitive payouts on setup fees and recurring SaaS packages.
  • Ultimate Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the United States on your own schedule. You decide your hours.
  • High-Demand Product: You are selling a solution to a massive pain point (62% of small business calls go to voicemail). The product sells itself once the ROI is shown.
  • Sales Enablement: Access to marketing assets, product demo flows, and training materials on our AI capabilities to ensure you hit the ground running.

Company Description

We install AI workers that answer missed calls, follow up with leads, and reduce front-office overload — so more opportunities become revenue.
