Key Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly clinical supervision and guidance to practicum students as they work toward licensure, ensuring they develop the necessary skills and competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.).
  • A valid state license for mental health practice such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Professional liability insurance to ensure compliance and protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of direct supervision experience or equivalent clinical mentoring experience, enhancing the skills and growth of emerging professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy to diverse client populations and complex cases.
