Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy, using a wide variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.
• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, therapy sessions, and treatment plans, leveraging electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and community resources to facilitate holistic care for clients.
• Stay informed about advancements in the mental health field by actively participating in professional development opportunities and training workshops.
• Participate in case reviews and seek peer consultation to ensure best practices are being implemented in client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, accompanied by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
