Responsibilities for Legal Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:

·       Set up and maintain legal matters within the eBilling and Matter Management system.

·       Administer and support global eBilling and Matter Management processes.

·       Manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets related to legal operations systems.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot system issues and support integrated applications.

·       Assist attorneys, legal staff, and business partners with eBilling and matter management inquiries.

·       Support external law firms and billing administrators with invoice submissions, billing policies, and issue resolution.

·       Monitor legal invoices to ensure compliance with company billing guidelines and policies.

·       Analyze operational data, generate reports, and identify process improvement opportunities.

·       Maintain system data integrity and ensure accurate matter and invoice records.

·       Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, IT, and external vendors to support legal operations initiatives.

Candidates for Legal Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·       Bachelor's degree required.

·       2-3 years of experience supporting Legal eBilling and Matter Management systems within a law firm or corporate legal department.

·       Experience working with legal invoice processing and matter management platforms.

·       Knowledge of Legal Electronic Data Exchange Standards (LEDES) billing formats.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret instructions and apply them to complex scenarios.

·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

·       Experience using Tableau or similar business intelligence/reporting tools.

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, vendors, and business stakeholders.

·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $43.00 per hour
