This is an opportunity to become part of a growing, centralized docketing team supporting a sophisticated litigation practice in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate is a career docketing professional with strong knowledge of court rules, deadline management, and legal docketing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Review court filings, notices, and orders to identify and calculate critical deadlines.
  • Apply court rules and procedural requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintain accurate docket calendars and case deadlines.
  • Monitor case activity and communicate deadlines to legal teams.
  • Utilize docketing and case management systems to support litigation matters.
