Job description

Requirement - ARM / Revenue Cloud - Salesforce Consultant

Location- 100% remote (ideally in California)

Contract W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ARM (Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management) Upgrade Foundation: Architect and configure the parallel upgrade to Salesforce’s native core platform Revenue Cloud (ARM), ensuring a clean migration path from our legacy setup.
  • Map Consumption Business Logic: Translate complex consumption-based billing requirements—including upfront prepaid wallet architectures, continuous 12-month drawdowns, and trailing true-ups—into native ARM configurations.
  • Data Model & Object Design: Configure native Salesforce core billing components (such as core usage summaries and transaction journals) to replace legacy managed package structures.
  • Parallel Workstream Collaboration: Collaborate directly with the custom development team to ensure the foundational data ingestion APIs being built today can cleanly plug into ARM tomorrow.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on ARM Expertise: Proven experience configuring and deploying Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) / Core-platform Revenue Cloud.
  • Core vs. Managed Package Knowledge: Deep understanding of native Salesforce Core billing objects and pricing procedures, distinct from the legacy CPQ/Billing managed package (sbqq_/blng__ namespace).
  • Consumption Billing Experience: Direct experience designing usage-based, token-based, or prepaid ledger/wallet contract lifecycles within Salesforce.
  • ERP Integration Familiarity: Understanding of downstream billing handshakes with enterprise ERP engines (such as SAP).
