Family Legacy Counseling Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring treatment to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with best practices.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement integrated treatment plans for clients.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to engage clients and manage appointment schedules.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case strategies, share insights, and foster a community of continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. This demographic diversity allows for the cultivation of a broad skill set in addressing unique patient needs, providing a fulfilling and varied practice environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Clinical Counseling.
• Current California state licensure as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Proficiency with digital therapy tools and platforms; experience with therapy apps is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling in an outpatient setting.
• Previous experience working with a diverse population, employing culturally competent practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth methods and remote therapeutic intervention.

Compensation and Benefits

We proudly offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to an attractive salary, our benefits package includes:
