  • Provide teletherapy services to clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote therapy.

You will cater specifically to culturally diverse populations, ensuring that therapy is sensitive to each client's unique background and experiences.

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
  • A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist or eligibility to obtain licensure in New York State.
  • Demonstrated experience working with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, showcasing sensitivity and adaptability in therapeutic practices.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling techniques is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or similar modalities.
  • Previous experience in community mental health settings or outpatient therapy environments will be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, our organization provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) to support your work-life balance.
