Day-to-Day, You'll Be:
- Working an active Zillow lead pipeline with urgency and consistency
- Conducting buyer and seller consultations that build trust and drive decisions
- Representing listings at open houses and private showings
- Managing transactions from offer to close with AI-assisted admin support
- Deepening your local market knowledge to serve clients with confidence
- Growing your book of business within a team structure built for high volume
What You Bring to the Table
- Active real estate license (required)
- Genuine commitment to working and converting Zillow preferred leads
- Sales experience is a bonus, hunger and coachability matter more
- Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and follows up without being asked
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a remote schedule
- Tech-friendly and open to tools, including AI, that sharpen your edge
The Details
- Pay: $48,000 to $196,000 per year (commission and bonus based)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with weekend availability, largely self-determined
- Location: Remote-capable
