ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jake Johnston - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Must have prior State Farm experience and current insurance licenses.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required.
  • Preference to candidates living in Arizona, Nevada, Utah or Texas.
