Job description

Rosewood Park Apartments is looking for a qualified Leasing Consultant to join our team!
This complex is fast paced and always busy, we need someone that can fill the void without
hesitation. Your main focus is to effectively market the property, and to strive for a high
occupancy of satisfied residents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Willing to teach the right person but experience is preferred!!
Come to work prepared and excited to work!!!!
Must be prompt and on time.
Communication is key, including verbal and written.
Mature individual must have amazing people skills.
Be prepared to show the property, provide accurate information on features, answer questions
and finalize terms of renting.
Establish tenant expectations for rent, security deposits, and amenities that will be part of the
lease.
Execute potential tenant background checks, including application, references, rental history,
and verifying income.
Conduct resident move- in’s, move-outs, and 30-day notices.
Address and promptly resolve questions, requests, and complaints from tenants.
Prepare, and deliver late notices, community correspondence and lease violations.
Respond to potential tenants’ interest for rental information in-person and via digital platforms.
Ability to research needed information online and over the telephone.
Proficiency with various software’s, apps, computer programs, filing, and faxing
Comply with all employee policies and procedures
Takes and follows directions well
Comply with the Fair Housing Laws
Perform all other functions as directed by the Community Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English, bi-lingual is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance are required
Able to pass a drug test, full credit, and background check.
Schedule:
40 hours/ week Saturdays and Sunday required
