As a Leasing Professional you will play a key role in leasing residential properties while leveraging your sales skills to meet and exceed leasing goals. Your primary objective will be to effectively market available units, convert leads into leases, and provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits to meet their needs.
  • Utilizing sales techniques to effectively communicate the value proposition of the property and overcome objections.
  • Responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits, and nurturing leads throughout the leasing process.
  • Qualifying prospective tenants by understanding their preferences, financial capabilities, and urgency to move.
  • Utilizing CRM software or leasing platforms to track and manage leads, follow-ups, and lease negotiations.
  • Negotiating lease terms and rental agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements, while maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process, addressing tenant concerns or questions with professionalism and efficiency.
