• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, including gathering background information and current symptoms to inform treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies employing evidence-based practices to enhance client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate holistic care, including consultations with educators, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, ensuring they understand treatment options and resources available to them.

• Keep abreast of advancements in mental health practices and research to continually enhance personal practice and benefit clients.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will primarily work with students in a school setting. This population may include children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges including emotional disturbances, family issues, and academic difficulties. Your role will involve employing therapeutic techniques that are developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive, aiming to empower young clients to navigate their emotional and social challenges successfully.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, preferably working with children and adolescents.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and trauma-informed practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities, essential for adapting treatment plans as needed.

• A collaborative mindset conducive to working in team settings to provide comprehensive care.

Preference will be given to candidates who have additional training or certifications in areas such as child therapy, trauma resolution, or grief counseling. Experience working in educational environments with collaboration between school staff will also be beneficial.
