Job description
As a Program Manager I - KNN Learning and Bridging, you will work independently under the direction of the KNN Director, Learning and Bridging and in collaboration with team members to manage the ongoing development, implementation and continuous improvement of program and learning experiences for the KNN Bridging Across Differences initiative and the KNN FOREST national learning consortium. Provide comprehensive program management to execute the tasks and activities for daily program operations and contribute to the achievement of goals for the bridging initiative and the learning consortium in collaboration with partners of the Kern National Network for Flourishing in Health. This role requires travel approximately one to two times per month to support activities at the National Campus and Wisconsin Main Campus.
All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes: WI, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN, TX, and UT.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the ongoing development, implementation and continuous improvement of programs and learning experiences provided as partner services for the Bridging Across Differences Initiative and experiences offered in the KNN FOREST learning consortium and that engage partners and participants in the KNN's approach to bridging across differences and the KNN's Framework for Flourishing (e.g. experiences include but not limited to cohort-based learning, facilitator development, in-person and virtual experiential formats, blended learning, self-guided module-based training).
- Represent the KNN Framework for Flourishing and the KNN approach to Bridging Across Differences in all program responsibilities.
- Use a relational approach in program management and coordination duties.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal colleagues and subject matter experts to develop program materials such as educational materials (content, resources, guides, curriculum), marketing materials, websites, learning management system virtual learning, forms, and reports.
- Manage and support work with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate real-world partner-contributed expertise, experiences, learning content and scenarios into program content, ensuring relevance to the KNN's audiences and alignment with the KNN Framework for Flourishing and the KNN approach to Bridging Across Differences.
- Own the schedule and experience management for the Bridging Across Differences collection of learning experiences, including but not limited to development, implementation and ongoing program administration for all participating partners, management and coordination of the components of the learning experiences, planning meetings with institutional partners and other ongoing tasks as assigned.
- Lead program scoping and planning discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners, with the aim of developing program outlines, learning objectives and materials.
- Collaborate to develop and implement evaluation and metrics to measure program effectiveness and impact.
- Bring forward ideas and approaches for learning experiences to further the goals of the Bridging Across Differences initiative and the KNN FOREST learning consortium.
- Organize internal and external meetings, virtual and in-person learning experiences, and special events.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of program and learning experience data.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the programs.
- Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with partners and participants and between the program and other partnering organizations and stakeholders as appropriate.
- Ensure program data and progress are tracked and reported to program stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.
- Oversee the delivery of virtual and in-person learning experiences for program participants, with occasional facilitation or moderation of the experiences.
- Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the programs.

Knowledge - Skills - Abilities
- Knowledge and skills in business, consultation, project management and cultural awareness.
- Knowledge and skills in developing and delivering learning and development programming for adults in professional settings.
- Interest and experience in learning and development for adult learners and professionals, specifically as it relates to being able to represent the KNN Framework for Flourishing and the KNN's approach to Bridging Across Differences.
- Ability to create educational materials and content for a wide variety of adult participants in multiple modalities, especially in-person and synchronous virtual experiences.
- Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
Qualifications
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Required Experience: 6 years
Preferred Education: Masters in Education, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology,
Preferred Experience: 6 years of experience in the development and delivery of in-person and virtual synchronous learning and development experiences for adults in professional settings. Knowledge of adult learning theories, visual and technical design skills and ability to design and write relational-centered educational materials including but not limited to designing slides, writing engaging instructional text, developing resource materials, scripting videos, etc. Knowledge and experience working with learning management technology in creative and resourceful ways.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable speaking and collaborating with groups of professionals and external partners in programs, meetings and other professional settings. Ability to maintain a fast pace and manage multiple demands under pressure by prioritizing, leading with collaboration, being resourceful and communicative and results-oriented. Self-starter who takes initiative with exceptional organizational and time management skills, and who works efficiently with minimum supervision. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and comfortable working with leaders and professionals of all levels including but not limited to medical and health professions education faculty and staff individually and in teams. Mission-aligned to the ultimate aims of the KNN and comfortable operating adaptably in an environment of continuous improvement as the Bridging Across Differences initiative and the KNN FOREST learning consortium evolves over time. High level of relational service orientation with the ability to problem-solve independently.

Target salary range for this position is between $75,300 - $95,900 annually. The final offered salary will depend on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and knowledge, as well as considerations of internal equity and market alignment.
