This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to provide essential therapeutic services to individuals struggling with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, all from the comfort of your home.

This role is entirely remote, enabling you to deliver high-quality mental health counseling from your chosen workspace. Our remote model allows for flexibility while maintaining normal working hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will have access to our advanced telehealth platforms and clinical resources to effectively engage with clients and document progress efficiently.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate the symptoms and needs of clients dealing with mood disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals and circumstances, ensuring the integration of evidence-based practices.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) through virtual sessions, focusing on symptom management and emotional regulation.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, discussing treatment options, and offering guidance on effective self-care strategies.
• Monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, ensuring all aspects of clients' treatment plans are synchronized.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health care, particularly related to mood disorders, to continually enhance your therapeutic skills.
• Maintain strictly confidential records of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in case consultations and team discussions to share insights and strategies, promoting shared learning among team members.
• Advocate for clients in the community, helping to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues and ensuring their voices are heard in the treatment process.

You will primarily work with clients experiencing various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Our practice encourages a supportive atmosphere where clients feel safe to express their feelings and challenges, and you will play a critical role in guiding their recovery journey through effective therapeutic interventions.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT.
• Knowledge of psychopharmacology to enhance collaboration with psychiatrists.
• Proven ability to achieve effective outcomes in mood disorder treatments.
• Exceptional communication skills to establish rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling setting, with proficiency in telehealth modalities.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, contributing to a comprehensive approach to mental health care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
