Location: Hybrid (Based in Stanislaus County, CA)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Occasional evenings and weekends for training events)

Position Overview
The Systems Trainer is responsible for delivering both in-person and virtual training programs that educate customers on software platforms, technology solutions, and industry best practices. This role combines classroom instruction, webinars, one-on-one coaching, and educational content development to drive user success and product adoption.

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, education, customer success, public speaking, or customer service
  • Experience presenting to groups in both classroom and virtual environments
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Experience with real estate technology, MLS platforms, or association management is a plus
