Systems Trainer
Location: Hybrid (Based in Stanislaus County, CA)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Occasional evenings and weekends for training events)
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an engaging and customer-focused Systems Trainer for a leading technology organization serving the real estate industry. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys public speaking, educating others, and helping professionals confidently utilize technology and software solutions.
We're looking for candidates located in Stanislaus County who are passionate about training, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Position Overview
The Systems Trainer is responsible for delivering both in-person and virtual training programs that educate customers on software platforms, technology solutions, and industry best practices. This role combines classroom instruction, webinars, one-on-one coaching, and educational content development to drive user success and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging instructor-led training through classroom sessions, webinars, office visits, seminars, and one-on-one coaching

  • Represent the organization at meetings, industry events, conferences, and educational programs
  • Develop and maintain training presentations, user guides, videos, online learning content, and instructional materials
  • Create engaging digital learning resources to support customer education
  • Test new software features and product enhancements prior to release while providing user feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, training initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and assisting users with technology-related needs

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, education, customer success, public speaking, or customer service
  • Experience presenting to groups in both classroom and virtual environments
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Experience with real estate technology, MLS platforms, or association management is a plus

Additional Requirements
  • Must reside in Stanislaus County
  • Valid California Driver's License with the ability to travel throughout the service area
