This role provides the flexibility and convenience of remote work, while also allowing interactions with clients through virtual platforms or in our outpatient office as needed. • Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families focusing on identifying and addressing emotional and mental health issues.
• Create personalized treatment plans that align with the goals and needs of clients, ensuring they are monitored and adjusted as required.
• Assess clients' emotional and psychological health through detailed evaluations, utilizing evidence-based diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Provide crisis intervention services during emergencies to ensure clients receive immediate and appropriate support.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with state law and ethical standards, ensuring secure documentation practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including social workers, psychiatrists, and additional mental health professionals, to formulate comprehensive care strategies.
• Engage in ongoing learning to stay informed about emerging therapeutic techniques and state licensure requirements.

• A Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated experience working with a diverse clientele, particularly in the context of family and couples' therapy.
• Familiarity with and expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices to effectively address client needs.

• Prior experience in an outpatient therapy setting, particularly working with addiction recovery.
• Proficiency in utilizing teletherapy tools and techniques effectively in a virtual environment.
• Continued education or certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities are a plus.
