Peace of Mind Mental Health Care & Counseling is seeking a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is crucial in providing high-quality early intervention services and support to children and families in Spokane, Washington, particularly those experiencing challenges related to developmental delays or disabilities.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the unique needs of each child.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they align with each family’s needs and goals.
  • Monitor and document outcomes to assess progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly as a collaborative member of the intervention team.
  • Provide hands-on support and resources to families, empowering them to be active participants in their child’s development.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and comply with all relevant Federal and State regulations to maintain high standards of care.
  • Build strong rapport with children and families to create a supportive learning environment conducive to growth and development.
  • Deliver evidence-based intervention strategies using a coaching approach within natural learning environments.
  • Encourage family involvement by recommending strategies and skills that foster developmental progress effectively.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are upheld for both staff and clients throughout the service delivery process.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on young children, particularly infants and toddlers, who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. The LICSW will work closely with families, providing emotional support and practical guidance. Qualifications
