Self Care Learning Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while maintaining consistent communication with colleagues and clients through virtual platforms. Although the counseling sessions may primarily take place from the comfort of your home, you will be part of a dedicated outpatient facility setting that champions teamwork, ongoing training, and professional development.

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with patients to create a safe space for therapy.
• Conduct thorough diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans for mental health disorders, considering each patient's unique circumstances.
• Engage in regular therapy sessions with clients, adjusting treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to deliver effective therapeutic sessions, both in individual and group settings.
• Provide clients with referrals to specialists and community resources to support their broader health and wellness needs.

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relational issues, and family dynamics. You will empower individuals and families to navigate their emotional landscapes while addressing obstacles that hinder their personal growth. By collaborating with clients, you will facilitate meaningful change and support their journeys towards improved mental health.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively, including administrative tasks associated with documentation and treatment planning.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy sessions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
