Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New York.
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating your commitment and competence in mental health treatment.
  • Proven experience in providing therapy to a variety of populations, with a focus on marriage and family therapy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • A strong commitment to demonstrating a positive, non-judgmental attitude toward clients from all backgrounds.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working specifically with chemically dependent individuals is highly desirable.
  • A strong background in addiction counseling techniques and methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
