Green Oak Mental Clinic is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide remote therapeutic services to a diverse clientele. This remote position allows our therapists the flexibility to work from any location, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. You will conduct therapy sessions in a digital space that prioritizes confidentiality and ease of access. • Conduct remote individual therapy sessions using our secure online platform, adapting techniques to meet clients' unique needs.
• Create tailored treatment plans based on thorough assessments, focusing on measurable goals that resonate with each client's aspirations.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive, organized client records compliant with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in collaborative practices with fellow mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Contribute to an inclusive and respectful therapeutic environment that nurtures client engagement and motivation towards recovery.

Our therapists provide support to a wide range of clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will utilize evidence-based practices tailored to individual preferences, ensuring that clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their therapeutic journey.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong ethical understanding and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all client interactions.

• Prior experience providing individual therapy in remote settings, demonstrating adaptability to online therapeutic tools and methodologies.
• Proficient in handling technology to facilitate telehealth sessions and utilize digital client management systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, promoting an effective therapeutic alliance.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year.
