  • Collaborate with Go To Market Enablement partners (Learning Design, Sales Performance Consulting, Program Operations) and across the company (Product Marketing, Policy, Pricing) to identify shared short and long term goals, opportunities and interdependencies for success.
  • Develop high quality enablement content with input from SMEs that is well structured, clear, concise, engaging to the audience, and is actionable and measurable.
  • Analyze program metrics, report on insights to assess enablement impact at a system level and identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.
  • Create and drive effective change management and communication strategies that lead to increased awareness and adoption, buy-in and engagement across the broader Enablement and Sales organizations.
  • Leverage exceptional written and verbal communications and presentation skills to communicate up and across to leadership and stakeholders through regular touch points (monthly business reviews, strategy narratives, quarterly enablement impact, etc.)
  • Anticipate challenges in an agile manner, resolving independently and proactively
