• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of students facing mental health challenges.
• Provide crisis intervention services by creating pre-crisis and crisis plans, risk assessments, and evidence-based strategies to manage behavioral issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation that aligns with regulatory standards, including progress notes, treatment updates, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance student well-being and learning.
• Act as a liaison between students, families, and external resources, connecting them with relevant state agencies and community services.
• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the center adheres to the highest professional standards.
• Engage in outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and build relationships with local and state organizations.
• Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, including participation in conferences, workshops, and relevant task forces.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals and enhance service delivery.

Your primary focus will be on students struggling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By addressing these concerns through therapeutic intervention and advocacy, you will contribute to improved educational environments and overall student success. The role also necessitates working closely with families and educators to foster a collaborative approach to mental health care.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience in a mental health or social work setting.
• A current and valid state license in good standing with the State License Board.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational environments or similar settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and screening tools utilized in mental health assessments.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and community agencies.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
