• Conduct initial assessments and follow-up evaluations with patients to accurately determine their mental health concerns and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation, incorporating various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in mental health counseling by participating in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring they feel understood and valued throughout their counseling journey.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, medical doctors, and community resources, to facilitate comprehensive care for patients requiring specialized support.
• Document patient progress and outcomes, adhering to ethical standards and ensuring confidentiality in all interactions.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Strong Minds Counseling Center, you will work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our client base encompasses a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. You will engage with individuals from various backgrounds, requiring a flexible and culturally competent approach to counseling that respects and honors their unique experiences.

• A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LMHC license in Massachusetts, with the ability to meet all state-mandated licensing requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients.
• Excellent active listening and empathy skills, enabling you to encourage open dialogue and vulnerability in sessions.

• Prior experience in a counseling role or therapeutic setting, preferably within an outpatient environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote counseling practices, adapting to the needs of clients in a virtual format.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for monthly productivity bonuses linked to performance metrics.
