Learning Experience Facilitator (Full-Time)
Weโre looking for a Learning Experience Facilitator who can lead credible, human, practical, and unforgettable workshops and learning experiences for executives, managers, and teams. This isnโt a traditional Trainer role; youโre both a world-class facilitator and a trusted partner to our clients. Our clients range from fast-growing startups to global names like The New York Times, Reddit, Sony Music, and TED, all trusting us to drive impact immediately, not someday.

The Role at a Glance
Role Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $120K starting salary
Work Model: Hybrid (virtual and in-person delivery); requires a quiet, professional remote facilitation environment
Location: New York City
Travel: Up to ~50%. The majority of travel (~90%) is local within your LifeLabs Learning metropolitan area, with occasional domestic or international travel for client engagements. Passport eligibility required.
Work Hours: Standard working hours are 9:00 AM โ 6:00 PM local time, with flexibility to begin as early as 8:00 AM when needed based on client scheduling, location, or commute considerations.

What Youโll Do
Facilitate Exceptional Learning Experiences
Deliver highly engaging learning experiences that uphold LifeLabs research backed content and allows for engagement, discussion, practice, processing, and application.
Prioritize the needs, goals, and experiences of clients when preparing for and delivering solutions, ensuring alignment with their context and values.
Facilitate LifeLabs Learning workshops across formats (e.g. in-person, virtual, and hybrid) and learning modalities (e.g. training, group coaching, group dialogue).
Participate in and lead panels, speaking engagements, Skills Spotlights, and lead-generation events.
Ensure audiences from individual contributors to senior leaders have a tailored experience by adapting to unique needs of organizations and learners.
Partner with Clients
Serve as a learning experience partner alongside other product and client-facing teams, bringing facilitation skills and subject-matter expertise to targeted business initiatives.
Establish and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through consistent communication, reliability, and mutual respect.
Monitor, interpret, and recognize industry-specific trends, innovations, and external forces to inform decision-making and client alignment.
Confidently and accurately use business terminology to build credibility with clients and stakeholders.
What Success Looks Like
Consistently meet or exceed facilitation metrics related to overall client engagement, delivery, and communication from clients and client-facing teams.
Maintain facilitation standards of excellence in knowledge and delivery of LifeLabs Learning content, through skill development, observation, training and certification pathways.
Continue to stay abreast of the latest research related to our work and content.
Collaborate with internal client teams to support business-critical priorities such as client engagement, product innovation, and internal company culture initiatives.
Actively seek, synthesize, and apply feedback from clients and learners to continuously improve experiences, solutions, and outcomes.
What Youโll Bring (Role Requirements)
Education
Experience
2 years experience in a client-facing role
2 years professional experience facilitating or teaching adult learners
2 years people management experience managing full-time professional staff
Knowledge/Skills
English language proficiency (our primary workshop delivery is in English)
Understanding of empirical research methods and the ability to teach research-backed concepts clearly and practically
Comfort facilitating standardized material you did not create
Strong executive presence and adaptability
Excellent communication and time management
Technology fluency (Zoom, Google Workspace)
Demonstrates AI fluency, including the ability to use tools like ChatGPT or Gemini, to enhance facilitation, content, and client outcomes.
