Prosper Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team as a remote consultant. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children to identify developmental delays and areas of need.
  • Participating in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Monitoring child progress and outcomes through regular follow-ups and adjustments to intervention strategies as necessary.
  • Providing education and support to families, equipping them with resources, skills, and strategies to foster their child's development.
  • Utilizing evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Principles to guide interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on children from birth to three years old who present with disabilities or developmental delays. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
