The center is dedicated to not only supporting our patients but also fostering growth and continuous learning among our staff.

Work Environment

This position offers a remote work setting, providing flexibility and allowing you to conduct sessions in a comfortable and familiar environment. While the majority of your work will take place from home, the role might involve occasional meetings at our outpatient office in Dallas for team collaboration or professional development workshops. Our team values communication and connection, leveraging technology to ensure a cohesive, supportive workplace even at a distance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusting relationships with clients, creating a safe and therapeutic space for dialogue.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities.
  • Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and circumstances, demonstrating flexibility as situations evolve.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, regularly meeting with clients to monitor their progress and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality regulations.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, referring clients to specialists and community resources when necessary.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The licensed therapist will work primarily with individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our diverse clientele ranges in age and background, providing a rich tapestry of experiences to inform and enhance our therapeutic practices.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
  • Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy; familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage caseloads efficiently while attending to administrative duties.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a clinical or counseling setting with a focus on outpatient therapy.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Family Systems Therapy.
  • A background in using electronic health record systems effectively to maintain accurate patient records.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health insurance that covers both dental and vision care.
  • Liability insurance for therapists to enhance peace of mind while practicing.
  • A retirement savings plan with company matching to support your future financial goals.
  • A flexible work schedule that integrates remote work opportunities to accommodate personal life.
  • Unlimited referrals, aiding you in building a robust client base over time.
Career Growth Opportunities

We believe in nurturing our team and investing in their professional development. Opportunities for continued education, certification programs, and specialized training workshops are available to help you advance your career within our organization. As we grow, we encourage our therapists to take on leadership roles and expand their expertise in areas of interest.

Why Join Our Team

Our supportive culture embraces innovation and provides you with the tools to succeed while prioritizing mental wellness for both clients and staff.
