As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at River Edge Developmental, LLC, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to establish effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Collaborating closely with the clinical team to utilize evidence-based screening tools and develop positive behavior support strategies.
• Preparing detailed documentation, including crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, and progress reports, in compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Acting as a liaison with community partners, governmental agencies, and other service systems to facilitate the best outcomes for clients.
• Participating actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and collaborative initiatives reflecting your areas of specialty.

Your role will primarily serve adult clients experiencing various mental health issues, substance use disorders, and developmental challenges. A critical aspect of your work will involve understanding the diverse backgrounds and needs of your clients. To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
