In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in a variety of day-to-day responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and needs.
• Employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused strategies, to deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Creating customized treatment plans that outline specific, achievable goals with actionable steps for each client.
• Coordinating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless integration and continuity of care.
• Providing crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans when necessary.
• Maintaining comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies and ethical standards.
• Facilitating psychoeducational workshops and support groups, promoting community engagement and resource sharing among clients.
