  • Coordinate referrals and serve as a critical link between patients and additional treatment resources or specialists, striving to ensure seamless transitions in care.
  • Participate in the education and mentorship of students, interns, and volunteers, enhancing the quality of care and fostering a learning culture within the organization.
  • Engage in peer review, clinical collaboration, and other activities under the supervision of senior clinicians to advance the professional development of the team.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes individuals from a variety of backgrounds, ages, and mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution and a current license (LCSW) issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
  • Proven knowledge and skills in providing mental health care considering the patient's life stages, human development, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Capacity to assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans focused on the specific needs of patients in a collaborative and empathetic manner.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, necessary for effective team collaboration and patient interaction.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in mental health therapy or social work.
  • Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling methods is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of community resources, referral options, and best practices in outpatient mental health services.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
