This role is primarily remote, allowing you the autonomy to manage your workspace efficiently while maintaining the connection needed to support our clients. The outpatient office environment ensures that you will collaborate with a dynamic, interdisciplinary team of professionals who share a passion for mental health care. Our staff has access to the latest technology and resources to effectively provide care and manage client documentation.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling to individuals facing emotional challenges, assessing their needs and formulating appropriate treatment strategies.
• Engage in regular communication with medical personnel regarding patient progress and ongoing requirements, ensuring a cohesive treatment approach.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, including clinical assessments and progress notes, following organizational standards to maintain thorough records.
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to create comprehensive treatment plans based on psychosocial evaluations and clinical interventions.
• Actively participate in community outreach by building relationships with local leaders and attending meetings that address the social needs of our client population.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, providing mental health services to individuals experiencing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma. Our clients seek our expertise in navigating complex emotional landscapes and require a counselor who can offer empathy, support, and effective strategies for recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of an independent professional license such as LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate professional experience in a mental health counseling role is essential.

Candidates with additional experience in group therapy settings or those who have worked with specific populations such as adolescents or individuals with co-occurring disorders will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
