Learning Ally is on a mission to radically change education and the way children that struggle to learn are supported both at home and in the classroom.
We work with schools, districts and educators across the country, helping nearly 300,000
students with a goal to reach over 3m students who struggle to read become successful learners. We are a non-profit technology company with a human-read audiobook solution that combines the programs, products and services that educators need to get these students to read with frequency and build life-long academic, social and emotional success.
Position Summary:
The Salesforce CRM Administrator will oversee the day to day maintenance and administration of Salesforce, lead the configuration of new functionality, and support the continued operation of the CRM and related Business Systems for a mid-sized not-for-profit. This position will work closely with business teams, CRM consultants, data engineers, and data analysts to design and implement an efficient SaaS architecture for all business operations. This position will also support the administration of the organization's ERP, as well as other enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing their own projects, collaborating with others, and have hands-on experience with migrations of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.

What you'll do:
  • Support existing not-for-profit fundraising, sales, account management, government relations and philanthropy operations in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
  • Partner with our Marketing team to support configuration and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with operations to prioritize and implement Salesforce and business system enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with engineers and analysts to ensure architectural quality of data systems.
  • Serve as a resource for reporting standards.
  • Maintain analytics-oriented data model that allows users to reliably run Salesforce Reports.
  • Design automations and UI to ensure accurate data maintenance and user productivity, troubleshooting and resolving migration, data quality, and data deduplication.
  • Own the day-to-day administration, maintenance and support of Salesforce CRM and related business systems including:
    • Sales and support contact center technologies, telephony, SMS, chat, scheduling, recording.
    • Automations for deflection, IVR, chatbot, knowledge base, retrieval augmentation.
    • iPaaS integrations to ERP, data warehousing, custom applications.
  • Provide training and support to sales, support, and operations users on the Salesforce platform.
  • Utilize industry best practices for maintaining a secure Salesforce environment.
  • Ensure integrity of backups and disaster recovery preparedness.
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
    1. Experience with Non-Profit Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or similar Non-Profit CRMs
    2. 3 or more core Salesforce Certifications (Admin, App Builder, Architect, etc.)
  • Experience with iPaaS solutions such as Mulesoft.
  • Experience maintaining integrations with third-party applications.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience configuring and maintaining either Salesforce Einstein or Agentforce.
  • Experience administering enterprise applications such as NetSuite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, Google Workspaces, Microsoft SQL Server, DocuSign, Zoom and other custom apps.
  • Salesforce certifications.
