Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora

Department: Central Supply

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)  

Shift: Days 

Pay: 31.61 - 47.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:
Supervises daily staff activities for the department or an assigned area or function.

Responsibilities:

  • Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
  • Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
  • Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  •  Preferred: Associate's degree in related field.
  • Required Licensure/Certification: None required. Preferred: CMRP, UCHealth Lean Training, ICAT.
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years of supply chain management experience.
