Envision Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team, serving clients within our Detox Center. This remote position allows you to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of your own home while remaining integrated within a passionate team of professionals dedicated to improving the mental health landscape for our clientele. Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse group of specialists including therapists, psychiatrists, and mental health advocates to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive care. While the work is performed remotely, regular team meetings and supervision sessions will foster collaboration and professional development.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather client histories, identify mental health concerns, and establish supportive relationships with our clients.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy based on personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed practices.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with clients, setting measurable goals and drafting interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Regularly review and update treatment plans, adjusting strategies as needed based on client progress and feedback.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, including psychoeducation and support groups that enhance community support and shared experiences among clients.
• Offer timely crisis intervention and develop safety plans as necessary to protect clients at risk.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation that adheres to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in interdepartmental meetings to ensure cohesive and coordinated care among all stakeholders.

The primary patient population served by our Detox Center comprises individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. As an LCSW, you will work with clients who may have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and other challenges. Your work will have a direct impact on their recovery journey, encouraging healing through culturally competent therapy that resonates with their unique experiences.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, ideally with a focus on addiction or trauma recovery.
• A strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, intervention techniques, and treatment approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis on effective communication, empathy, and active listening.

• Experience working in a detox, addiction recovery, or mental health crisis setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and remote clinical supervision modalities.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
