• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' emotional, psychological, and social needs, creating personalized treatment plans grounded in solution-focused methodologies.

You will primarily work with patients experiencing terminal illnesses, offering emotional and psychological support tailored to their unique experiences and family dynamics. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in social work, preferably with a focus on hospice or palliative care settings.
• Proficient in employing solution-focused therapeutic techniques, especially in a remote context.
