In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify individuals’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on established therapeutic standards.
• Using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to provide individualized therapeutic interventions.
