Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to design tailored therapy strategies for clients based on their specific mental health concerns.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, couples, and families, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive care.
• Utilize and integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through regular meetings to ensure comprehensive care coordination and to enhance client treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and respect for all clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities including workshops, webinars, and peer supervision sessions to stay current on topics and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Envision Counseling Center serves a diverse clientele, including those with limited access to mental health services. You will work with individuals and families facing a broad range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance misuse. The ability to connect with various clients from different backgrounds is crucial in helping them achieve significant personal breakthroughs and improved emotional health.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, showcasing your ability to support clients effectively.
• Fundamental understanding of legal and ethical guidelines applicable to mental health practice.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate within a healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and client-centered care.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Specialized training or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance misuse counseling is highly desirable.
• A history of utilizing evidence-based practices effectively in your previous roles will strengthen your application.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload.
