• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to understand the unique needs of your clients and to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize our secure telehealth platform for delivering psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate and completed promptly in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers or community resources to coordinate necessary care for your clients.
• Engage in optional virtual team meetings, peer consultations, and continuing education (CE) opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.
• Deliver culturally responsive care, emphasizing client empowerment and ethical considerations in all interactions.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Cedarbrook Clinical Partners, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Your role will involve addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. We are committed to inclusivity and encourage practitioners with bilingual skills, particularly Spanish-speaking, to join our team to better meet the needs of our diverse population.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New Jersey is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to delivering quality care.
• Comfort and proficiency in using telehealth technologies and online documentation systems are essential.
• A strong foundation in treating common mental health issues is vital.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and focused on providing exceptional, client-centered care.

• Experience in utilizing telehealth for client therapy is advantageous.
• Proficiency in treating a broad spectrum of psychological conditions, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
