Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hybrid Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) to provide comprehensive mental health services to children and adolescents ages 6 and older. This role combines remote flexibility with weekly onsite responsibilities and requires strong clinical judgment, cultural competency, and the ability to work independently with supervisory oversight.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual Spanish-speaking clinician licensed in New York, experienced in child and adolescent mental health, and skilled in assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing therapy, case management, and crisis intervention services
  • Deliver culturally responsive bilingual (Spanish/English) care
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care
  • Ensure adherence to agency policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in onsite clinical services once per week while managing remote caseload responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
  • Active New York State LMSW or LCSW license
  • LCSW candidates must hold Medicare and Medicaid credentials (if applicable)
