As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate one-on-one counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a supportive and understanding atmosphere for clients.
• Utilizing solution-based therapeutic modalities to address individual client needs effectively.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s specific mental health goals.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing a range of milder mental health concerns. To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license to practice independently as a:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R)
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates should have a clean disciplinary record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a sympathetic demeanor that fosters trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate digital therapy platforms efficiently.

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

• Previous experience delivering teletherapy services in a remote setting.
• A familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and specific treatment strategies for anxiety, depression, and stress management.
• Experience working with diverse populations, enhancing your understanding of varying client backgrounds.
