As a Remote LCSW, you will play a vital role in delivering mental health support through:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, including strengths, challenges, and resources.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Developing and executing personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals, and implementing tailored interventions based on best practices.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated and client-centered approach to care.
• Facilitating crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and establishing safety plans to support clients in acute situations.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring timely updates on client progress.
• Leading group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups that empower clients through shared experiences and learning.

Our clinic primarily serves a broad spectrum of patients ranging from children to seniors, each coping with various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and more. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals from different backgrounds, helping to promote healing and resilience in their lives.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating capacity to navigate diverse client challenges.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches applicable to diverse clientele.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills, necessary for effective client engagement and collaboration.

While the minimum qualifications are required, experience with specific populations (such as children, PTSD clients, or substance abuse recovery) and familiarity with telehealth systems or electronic health records are highly advantageous and may enhance your application.
