The role involves nurturing professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health care.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level clinical supervision to LACs and LSWs to support their progression towards independent licensure.
  • Conduct thorough case consultations to address complex therapeutic issues and ethical challenges effectively.
