About Human Institute
Human Institute is a growing psychology and therapy practice in New Jersey, committed to accessible, high-quality mental health care. We support clinicians with a collaborative culture, structured supervision, and flexibility.
Position Summary
We are hiring provisionally licensed clinicians (LAC or LSW) to provide psychotherapy to adolescents (14+) and adults. This role is ideal for early-career therapists working toward LPC or LCSW who want strong supervision, a supportive team, and the ability to shape their caseload. Sessions may be in-person (NJ office) and/or via telehealth.
What We Offer

Responsibilities
Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (14+)
Complete timely, accurate documentation (HIPAA compliant)
Participate in supervision and case consultation
Maintain professional communication with clients and team
Qualifications
Masters in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Active LAC or LSW license in New Jersey
Supervision-eligible toward LPC/LCSW
Telehealth readiness and reliable internet
Empathy, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
