  • Apply professional songwriting and musical judgement when rating outputs
Originality & Similarity Review
  • Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs and reference material
  • Identify meaningful lyrical similarities, recurring phrases, or potentially derivative patterns

  • Evaluate lyrics within the context of intended genres and musical styles
  • Assess whether lyrical choices fit the expected audience, tone, and performance style
  • Apply familiarity with contemporary French genres, sub-genres, artists, and songwriting traditions
  • Identify stylistic mismatches between lyrics and intended musical direction
  • Consider vocal delivery and musical context when assessing lyrical effectiveness
AI Evaluation & Quality Assurance
  • Apply detailed evaluation guidelines consistently across AI-generated outputs
  • Provide clear ratings and structured written feedback
  • Identify recurring model weaknesses involving language, creativity, originality, and cultural nuance
  • Maintain consistent quality standards across evaluation tasks
  • Contribute specialist music and language expertise to the improvement of generative AI systems
Ideal Profile

  • Strong analytical judgement when evaluating lyrical quality and originality
  • Access to headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening
  • Broad familiarity with contemporary French genres, sub-genres, and artists
  • Formal training in music performance, theory, composition, or songwriting is advantageous
  • Credited or published songwriting work is highly valued
  • Ability to work independently and apply detailed evaluation criteria consistently
Engagement Details
  • Part-time independent contractor engagement
  • Fully remote
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Most contributors work approximately 20 hours per week, with additional hours available depending on project needs
  • Expected project duration of up to 6 months
  • Immediate start
  • Compensation: $30-$55/hour
